Service-providers who are members of Alsameeting.com have a firm basis for their strategy on business meetings.


The services to be provided meet selection criteria defined by the Alsace Chambers of Commerce. They include in particular basic equipment provided free of charge (paperboard or white board, video projector and screen, Internet access, at least one room with a blackout facility).

"Seminar service" is considered as an activity in its own right, warranting a person who will be the customers' exclusive contact, available to assist them throughout the seminar. This person will deal with arranging the service to be provided and ensure that the seminar runs smoothly.

The service will be "made to measure" and adapted to the specific needs and requirements of the organisers. The professional in charge of the service undertakes to be flexible and to be ready to solve any unexpected problems that may arise during the seminar.

The service provider undertakes to provide, within 48 hours, a clear, detailed answer to any request for an estimate


The service provider will provide seminar organisers with all information they may require about the region: practical information, local tourism and culture, and all events organised in the area.
