The rates in this directory were submitted by the providers of services in the course of the month of June 2006. They are given for information only and are subject to change without prior notice. Therefore, we suggest that you inquire with the establishment of your choice before making any reservation. The prices listed hereafter include all taxes (19,6 % VAT). The renting of the room includes: paper board and screen.

Conference room rental : meaning that you only pay for the renting of the room without any other service.

Day package : a one-day convention including : 1 meal (beverages included), 2 breaks, the renting of the conference room. Rates are given per person and per day and generally require a minimal number of participants.

Residential package : a convention lasting several days with on-the-site accommodation, including per day : breakfast, accommodation in single rooms, 2 meals (lunch and dinner, beverages included), 2 breaks, the renting of the conference room. All hotels listed in the present directory can provide cateringservices either on the premises or within a 200 meter radius.Hotels are ranked according to standards of comfort and to the nature of the services provided.
